Fruehauf Genuss is run by husband and wife Tanja and Martin Frühauf – together, with a lot of passion. They are closely united in their enthusiasm for glittering celebrations and culinary highlights. A network of regional quality suppliers, competent and creative staff, as well as consistent attention to guests’ preferences, variety, and nutritional concepts, are their success factors – in an attractive ambiance, in a flexible setting with dining and café offerings. In 13 locations, they show how this works and above all: that the investment in satisfied staff pays off many times over.

What began as an office in a small 20 square meter flat in 2006 has grown together with aobis. Weighing up pros and cons together in the context of strategic IT alignment and mastering complex challenges. Standardizing processes while maintaining the necessary flexibility and developing solutions that can be transferred to other locations.
Smart decisions are required so that digitalization can make a sustainable and transferable contribution to the success of Frühauf Genuss. That is our highest aspiration.
The discussions were always at eye level, respectful, open, and honest. The benefits and development of Frühauf Genuss were always in the foreground. Even during the lockdown, the IT strategy that was developed was perfect – our employees simply took their laptops home – and we were able to work in the home office just as we did in the office.
